  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details and an estimated delivery time.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  1. Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  2. Sticker-Only Stamp Shipping (Untracked Option):
    For sticker-only orders, we offer a low-cost shipping option via standard USPS stamped mail (First-Class Letter).

    • This option is untracked.

    • No tracking number will be provided.

    • Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days but may vary.

    Please note that by selecting stamped shipping:

    • You understand that this method does not include tracking or insurance.

    • drawwithkristi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered mail.

    • Orders shipped via stamped mail will not be replaced or refunded if lost in transit.

    If you would prefer tracking and delivery confirmation, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

  3. Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Destinations

  1. Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

  2. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer international shipping at the standard rate for certain countries. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. Please visit my Etsy for EU and UK orders. 

Shipping Issues

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages: drawwithkristi is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance to protect your purchase.

  2. Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, drawwithkristi is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
